摘 要:
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Chanfukang on the cytokines of immunosuppressive mice,providing the basis for the further research of its effects on immune function.[Method] Immunosuppressive mouse model was established through twice intraperitoneal injection with cyclophosphamide at the dose of 40 mg/kg.After the mice were gavaged respectively with Chanfukang at the dose of 10,15 and 20 g/kg,the level of cytokines (IL-1β,IL-2 and TNF α) were detected.[Result] Chanfukang significantly increased the level of IL-1β,IL-2 and TNF α in the serum of mice gavaged only with Chanfukang;the level of IL-1β,IL-2 and TNF α was inhibited in mice treated with cyclophosphamide;Chanfukang significantly increased the level of IL-1β,IL-2 and TNF α in the serum of immunosuppressive mice.[Conclusion] Chanfukang should antagonize the immunosuppression of cyclophosphamide and improve the immune function.
