改性凹凸棒石对饲喂霉变玉米日粮肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响

摘  要:
旨在研究霉变玉米日粮中添加改性凹凸棒石对肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的影响。将192只体重相近的1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉鸡随机分为3组,每组8个重复,每个重复8只,分别饲喂基础日粮(对照组)、霉变玉米日粮(负对照组)和霉变玉米日粮添加0.1%改性凹凸棒石的试验日粮(试验组),试验为期42 d。结果:与对照组相比,饲喂霉变玉米日粮显著提高了肉鸡第1~42天料重比、第42天血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性以及血清和肝脏中丙二醛含量(P<0.05),降低了第42天肝脏中谷胱甘肽含量(P<0.05)。添加改性凹凸棒石后,上述指标均恢复至与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。与负对照组相比,添加改性凹凸棒石可显著降低肉鸡第21天血清ALT活性和第42天血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性(P<0.05),提高第21天肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性(P<0.05),且试验组第21天血清ALT活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果提示,日粮中添加0.1%的改性凹凸棒石能有效缓解霉变玉米日粮对肉鸡生产性能、血清生化指标及抗氧化能力的不利影响。

摘  要:
This study investigated the effects of modified palygorskite( MPal) on the growth performance,serum biochemistry and antioxidant capacities in broilers fed with mold-contaminated corn. A total of 192 broilers were allocated to three treatments with 8 replicates of 8 birds. Broilers in the three groups were fed with a basal diet( the control group),a diet with mold-contaminated corn( the negative control group),and the contaminated diet supplemented with 0. 1% MPal( the test group),respectively. The test lasted for 42 day. The results were: Compared with the control group,the mold-contaminated corn significantly increased the feed/gain ratio during whole test( P <0. 05),the alanine aminotransferase( ALT) activity in the serum and the malondialdehyde accumulation in both the serum and liver at day42( P<0. 05),but reduced the glutathione content in the liver( P<0. 05). The values of these parameters were reversed with the supplementation of MPal to normal levels comparable with those in the control group( P>0. 05). Additionally,MPal inclusion decreased ALT activity in serum at day 21 and the aspartate aminotransferase content at day 42( P<0. 05),but elevated the glutathione peroxidase activity in the liver at day 42( P<0. 05) as compared with those of the broilers given the contaminated corn,with the value of ALT activity being lower than that in the control group( P<0. 05). The above results suggested that dietary MPal supplementation could exert protective effect on broilers fed with mold-contaminated corn.
