摘 要:
[目的]研究牛初乳冻干粉(LBC)及其产品中胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)和神经生长因子(NGF)含量变化.[方法]采用冷冻干燥工艺制备泌乳1~7 d的LBC和常乳冻干粉(LM),用酶联免疫分析法测定IGFs和NGF含量.[结果]泌乳第1天的LBC中IGF-Ⅰ、Ⅱ和NGF含量最高,分别为3 277.1、2 179.5和31.5 ng/g,并随泌乳期逐渐下降,至第7天时接近LM水平.泌乳第1~3天的IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ平均含量分别为2 874.5和1 704.7 ng/g,均是LM中的8.1倍.泌乳第1~3天的NGF平均含量是24.8 ng/g,是LM的20.7倍.3种牛初乳保健食品中IGF-Ⅱ和NGF含量分别为539.9~1 064.3和7.6~12.0 ng/g,均显著高于LM和2种市售奶粉.牛初乳产品1号中游离IGF-Ⅰ含量是LM中的7.1倍,它占总IGF-Ⅰ的85.8%.[结论]IGFs和NGF含量在泌乳第1~7天的LBC中呈下降趋势,至第7天时接近LM水平;泌乳第1~3天的LBC中IGFs含量达到μg/g级水平.牛初乳保健食品较常乳冻干粉和奶粉含有更多的IGFs和NGF.

摘 要:
[Objective] The changes of contents of insulin-like growth factors( IGFs) and nerve growth factor( NGF) in lyophilized bovine colostrums( LBC) and their contents in bovine colostrums products were studied. [ Method ] Bovine colostrums from the first day to seventh day postpartum and milk were prepared into LBC and lyophilized milk( LM) by the freeze-drying technology,the contents of IGFs,NGF were analysed by enzyme-linked immunoassay.[Rusult ]The highest concentration of IGF-Ⅰ( 3 277. 1 ng/g),IGF-Ⅱ( 2 179. 5 ng/g) and NGF( 31. 5 ng/g) were found in the first day LBC. Their concentration rapidly decreased in 1-7 days LBC and close to LM level in 7 days. The IGF-Ⅰand IGF-Ⅱaverage concentrations of 1-3 days LBC were 2 874. 5 ng/g and 1 704. 7 ng/g,and its contents were 8. 1 times of LM. The NGF average concentration of1-3 days LBC was 24. 8 ng/g,and was 20. 7 times of LM. The IGF-Ⅱ and NGF contents of three bovine colostrums health-care food were 539. 9~ 1 064. 3 ng/g and 7. 6 ~ 12. 0 ng/g,respectively,and were significantly higher than LM and two market milk powder. The concentration of free IGF-I in No. 1 bovine colostrum products was 7. 1 times of LM,and it accounted for 85. 8% of total IGF-Ⅰ.[Conclusion]The IGFs and NGF concentrations appeared a rapidly decreasing trend in LBC of 1-7 days postpartum and their concentrations close to LM level in LBC of 7 day postpartum. The higher IGFs levels were found in 1-3 days LBC and reached μg/g level. Bovine colostrum health foods contain higher IGFs and NGF levels than that of LM and milk powder.
