摘 要:
以黄山紫荆为试材,研究了黄山紫荆果实和种子形态特征,以及温度、基质覆盖厚度、播种基质、浸种时间对黄山紫荆种子萌芽的影响。结果表明:黄山紫荆种子百粒鲜质量(2.76±0.75)g,种子含水量(12.18±3.19)%;黄山紫荆种子萌发率受温度影响显著,30℃时种子萌发率最高;黄山紫荆适宜基质覆盖厚度为1 cm,发芽率随着基质覆盖厚度的增加而下降;黄山紫荆适宜播种基质为黄土+珍珠岩(1∶1);黄山紫荆适宜浸种时间为12 h,种子发芽率随着浸种时间的延长而降低。

摘 要:
Taking Cercis chingii Chun as test material,this paper analyzed its seed morphology and fruits,as well as the effects of temperature,substrate cover thickness,planting substrate and seed soaking time on the seed germination rate. The result showed that hundred-grain weight of Cercis chingii Chun seeds were( 2. 76± 0. 75) g,and the seeds' water content was( 12. 18 ± 3. 19) %. The germination rate of Cercis chingii Chun was significantly affected by different temperature. The germination rate got highest when it was 30 ℃;the suitable substrate cover thickness was 1 cm,as the substrate cover thickness increased,the germination rate decreased. The suitable planting substrate for seeding was loess + perlite( 1 ∶ 1); the suitable seed soaking time of Cercis chingii Chun was 12 h,and the germination rate decreased when the soaking time increased.
