管流式冲刷腐蚀实验装置的研究进展

摘 要:
【目的】加深了解管流式冲刷腐蚀实验装置,为研究管道冲刷腐蚀行为规律和机理提供理论依据。【方法】综述国内外管流式冲刷腐蚀实验装置的研究现状,重点阐述单相流、两相流和多相流冲刷腐蚀实验装置。【结果】大多数国内管流式冲刷腐蚀实验装置采用PLC作为主控单元对温度和流量进行控制,不同的控制算法对控制系统精度产生不同影响,并且数值仿真模拟在腐蚀研究中具有重要作用。【结论】为解决管流式冲刷腐蚀实验装置占地面积大,控制精度低等问题提出相关建议,实验装置需要完善控制算法,增加测试装置,实现在线监测等。

摘 要:
【Objective】To better understand the pipeline erosion-corrosion apparatus, in order to do research on the erosion corrosion behavior and mechanism in pipeline. This study would provide a theoretical basis for the mechanism of a pipeline erosion-corrosion apparatus.【Method】This paper has summarized the research status of a pipeline erosion-corrosion apparatus from China and other countries, reviewed single phase flow, two-phase flow and multi-phase flow of erosion-corrosion apparatus.【Result】Most pipelines erosion-corrosion apparatus from other countries used PLC as the main control unit to control temperature and flow. Different control algorithms had different effects on the precision of the control system, and the numerical simulation played an important role in the corrosion research.【Conclusion】In order to solve the problem of large area and low control precision in a pipeline erosion-corrosion apparatus, relevant suggestions have been made. The test device needed to perfect the control algorithm, increased the test device and on-line monitoring should be applied..
