微生物学本科实验教学中开展知识竞赛的效果研究

摘  要:
目的:探讨本科生实验教学中开展微生物学知识竞赛的教学效果和意义。方法:微生物学理论授课结束后,利用实验课上15~20min的时间进行章节内容回顾性知识竞赛。学生随机分为2组,每组各派2名学生回答,最后由授课教师给予评分,进行点评。结果:学期末,理论考试成绩与实验总评实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05),且学生满意度评价也优于对照组。结论:本科实验教学中积极开展相关内容知识竞赛,提高了学生的积极性,使学生对微生物学实验的基本技能和常规操作掌握得更扎实,理解更深刻。

摘  要:
Objective:To discuss the teaching effect and significance of microbiology competition in undergraduate experimental teaching.Methords:After the teaching of microbiology theory is over,use the time of 15~20 minutes in the experiment class to conduct a retrospective knowledge competition in this chapter.Students are randomly divided into two groups,each group is assigned to two students to answer,and finally the teacher gives the rating and comments.Results At the end of the semester,the scores of the theoretical examinations and the total evaluation of the experiment were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of the students was also better than that of the control group.Conclusion:In undergraduate experimental teaching has improved the enthusiasm of students by competitions,which enabled students to master the basic skills and routine operations of microbiology experiments more solidly,and understood more profoundly.
