外源钴对NaCl胁迫下萝卜种子萌发和幼苗抗氧化能力的影响

摘  要:
以萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)为试验材料,采用室内水培试验,研究不同浓度钴(CoCl2·6H2O)(0.01、0.05、0.10、0.50、1.00 mmol·L~(-1))对80 mmol·L~(-1)NaCl胁迫下萝卜种子萌发和幼苗抗氧化能力的影响,为盐渍地萝卜栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:在NaCl胁迫下添加不同浓度钴后,萝卜种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数均显著高于NaCl胁迫处理。NaCl胁迫的幼苗丙二醛(MDA)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著增加,添加0.01~0.10 mmol·L~(-1)外源钴有利于增加萝卜幼苗SOD、过氧化物酶(POD)及CAT活性,降低MDA含量。但添加0.50~1.00 mmol·L~(-1)外源钴则降低SOD及CAT活性,提高MDA含量。综上所述,适当浓度(0.01~0.10 mmol·L~(-1))的钴能降低NaCl胁迫对萝卜种子萌发的抑制作用,提高幼苗抗氧化酶活性,降低MDA累积量,其中,0.10 mmol·L~(-1)外源钴对NaCl胁迫的作用效果最好,而较高浓度(0.50~1.00 mmol·L~(-1))的外源钴反而对萝卜幼苗产生毒害作用。

摘  要:
In order to provide theoretical basis for radish cultivation in saline-alkali soil,the hydroponics experiment of radish( Raphanus sativus L.) was used to study the effects of different concentrations of Co(0. 01,0. 05,0. 10,0. 50,1. 00 mmol·L~(-1)) in the form of Co Cl2·6 H2 O on seed germination and antioxidant ability under 80 mmol · L-1 NaCl stress. The results showed that,germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of radish seeds treated with exogenous cobalt were significantly higher than those of untreated seeds. The content of MDA,the activities of SOD and CAT of radish seedlings were significantly increased in 80 mmol·L~(-1) NaCl solution. The adding 0. 01-0. 10 mmol·L~(-1) exogenous cobalt could improve the activities of SOD,POD and CAT,decreased the content of MDA. But the adding 0. 50-1. 00 mmol· L-1 exogenous cobalt reduced the activities of SOD and CAT,increased the content of MDA. In conclusion,the exogenous cobalt with a suitable concentration( 0. 01-0. 10 mmol · L-1) could decrease inhibition on radish seed germination under NaCl stress,improve the activity of antioxidant enzyme,reduce the contents of MDA. Among them,the optimum concentration was 0. 1 mmol·L~(-1) exogenous cobalt. But instead,the higher concentration of exogenous cobalt( 0. 50-1. 00 mmol · L-1) would result pernicious effect on radish seedlings
