分析了我国动物标识及动物产品可追溯体系建设已取得的进展以及存在的问题,讨论了美国、日本和欧盟等发达国家和地区在动物产品溯源和动物标识管理方面的经验以及可供借鉴的若干做法,并提出了一些政策建议以期促进我国动物标识及动物产品可追溯体系建设。

摘  要：
The paper analyzes the progress made by our country in constructing the animal identification andanimal products traceability system and the existent problems, discusses the experiences and practices ofdeveloped countries and regions such as the United States,Japan and the European Union in administrating theanimal identifications and animal products' sources,and also gives some policy proposals so as to promote theconstruction of animal identification and animal products traceability system in our country.
