根施聚天门冬氨酸对日光温室黄瓜生长、产量及矿质元素吸收的影响

摘  要:
以黄瓜品种中农26号为试验材料,研究根施聚天门冬氨酸(PASP)对日光温室秋冬茬黄瓜生长、产量以及矿质元素吸收的影响.结果表明:与对照相比,根施聚天门冬氨酸促进了黄瓜生长及干物质的积累,黄瓜叶片数、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、根系活力、果实VC和可溶性蛋白含量都明显提高;促进了植株对氮磷钾的吸收,增加了土壤速效氮、速效磷、速效钾的含量,提高了黄瓜产量.其中根施60 mg·株-1聚天门冬氨酸处理效果最好,全株干、鲜质量分别比对照显著增加16.24%、11.16%,土壤速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量分别比对照显著增加20.91%、31.65% 和35.87%,黄瓜单株产量、单株果数和总产量分别比对照显著增加17.85%、20.92% 和17.85%.表明在日光温室秋冬茬黄瓜生长过程中,可通过根施60 mg·株-1的聚天门冬氨酸促进黄瓜植株生长、提高黄瓜产量,增加植株氮磷钾吸收量,从而提高肥料利用率.

摘  要:
Taking'Zhongnong No.26'as experimental material,this paper studied on the effect of polyaspartic acid(PASP)root application in autumn and winter cultivation in solar greenhouse on cucumber growth,yield and mineral elements absorption.The results indicated that compared with the contrast, polyaspartic acid root application could accelerate the cucumber growth and dry matter accumulation;increase the leaf number,contents of chlorophyll,the net photosynthetic rate(Pn),root system activity,the fruit VC and soluble protein contents;stimulate the plant absorption of N,P,K;improve the soil available N, P,K contents and cucumber yield.The effect of treatment with 60 mg per plant PASP root application is the best.Compared with the contrast,the fresh and dry weights of the whole plant were significantly increased by 11.16% and 16.24%,respectively.Soil available N,P,K contents were significantly increased by 20.91%, 31.65% and 35.87%,respectively.The single plant yield,number of fruit per plant and total yield were significantly increased by 17.85%,20.92% and 17.85%,respectively.These results indicated that 60 mg per plant polyaspartic acid root application could promote cucumber plant growth,increase its yield and N,P,K absorptive amount,thus to improve fertilizer utilization rate.
