信息化学物质对黄曲条跳甲的行为活性研究

摘  要:
信息化学物质在调控昆虫行为方面起着重要作用,应用活性化学物质开发害虫引诱剂和驱避剂是实现害虫防治的重要途径。采用"Y"型嗅觉装置测定了13种信息化学物质及其不同浓度(V/V)对黄曲条跳甲[Phyllotreta striolata(Fabricius)]成虫的行为趋性反应,结果表明,黄曲条跳甲对植物醇、芳樟醇、10-2香叶醇、10~(-4)罗勒烯、10~(-6)β-石竹烯、10~(-6)月桂烯、10~(-6)水杨醛、10~(-6)反式-2-己烯醛、10~(-4)烟酸乙酯、10~(-6)烟酸乙酯具有极显著的趋向反应(p<0.01),对10-2叶醇、10-2烟酸乙酯具有显著的趋向反应(p<0.05);反之,对10~(-4)叶醇、10~(-6)叶醇、10~(-6)香叶醇、10-2β-石竹烯、10-2月桂烯、10~(-4)水杨醛、10-2和10~(-4)反式-2-己烯醛具有极显著的驱避反应,对10~(-4)β-石竹烯表现出显著的驱避反应。不同浓度同一化合物对黄曲条跳甲的吸引作用也存在显著差异。试验结果可为进一步开发利用信息化学物质有效监测和防治该害虫提供基础资料。

摘  要:
There is already evidence showed that the semiochemicals play an important role in regulating insect behaviors, so, using active compound to explore attractants and repellents of insect pests is an important way for Integrated Pest Management(IPM). In this study, the tropistic responses of adult Phyllotreta striolata to thirteen semichemicals with different concentrations were tested using a Y-tube olfactometer in the laboratory. The results showed that ethanol with the concentration of 10~(-2), 10~(-4) and 10~(-6),linalool with the concentration of 10~(-2), 10~(-4) and 10~(-6), geraniol with the concentration of 10~(-2), ocimene with the concentration of 10~(-4), β-caryophyllene with the concentration of 10~(-6), myrcene with the concentration of10~(-6), salicylal with the concentration of 10~(-6), E-2-hexenal with the concentration of 10~(-6), and ethyl nicotinate with the concentration of 10~(-4) and 10~(-6) exhibited extremely significant attractive effect(p<0.01), leaf alcohol with the concentration of 10~(-2) and ethyl nicotinate with the concentration of 10~(-2) exhibited significant attractive effect(p<0.05). Whereas leaf alcohol with the concentration of 10~(-4), 1 0-6, geraniol with the concentration of 10~(-6), β-caryophyllene with the concentration of 10~(-2), myrcene with the concentration of 10~(-2), salicylal with the concentration of 10~(-4), and E-2-hexenal with the concentration of10~(-2) and 10~(-4) exhibited extremely significant repellent effect, β-caryophyllene with the concentration of 10~(-4) exhibited significantly repellent effect. From these results, it's not difficult to understand that different concentrations of the same chemical were significantly influenced the attractiveness to P. striolata. The results of this experiment will facilitate the further study and practical application the semichemicals to monitor and control this insect pest in the field.
