摘  要:
太阳能作为一种可再生的清洁能源,如果真正有效合理的利用辐射到地球上的部分,人类将会大大缓解或改进能源危机的状况.因此,如何有效利用可见光部分能量和降低光生载流子-空穴的复合率,提高Ti O2纳米颗粒薄膜太阳能分解水制氢效果是近年来人们讨论的重点问题.综述了近年来关于纳米颗粒薄膜制备技术、氧化钛材料特性及催化特性改进技术以及制氢技术应用现状及展望.

摘  要:
As a renewable clean energy,solar energy will greatly ease or improve the energy crisis if the radiation part of the Earth is truly effective and rational used. Therefore,how to utilize the energy of visible spectrum and reduce the recombination rate of photo-generated carrier hole,and how to improve the water splitting effect of TiO_2 nanometer thin film solar water splitting are the key problems discussed in recent years. the recent advances on the preparation of nanoparticle films,the characteristics and catalytic properties of TiO_2 materials,and the current status and prospects of hydrogen production technology are reviewed together.
