摘 要：
The history of the freshwater fishery in northeast China is long, the freshwater fishery got a great development in the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. The September 18 Incident broke out,Japan began to aggress and control the freshwater fishery in northeast China.Japan researched the freshwater fishery into details,and made a law about how to control the freshwater fishery.Japan built the fisheries experimental station in Harbin and the fisheries proliferating station in Yongji of Jilin.At the same time,Japan made a plan about the fisheries proliferation in the Plan of the Northern Proliferation. During the period of the Puppet Manchukuo,Japan came true the freshwater fishery in northeast China through controlling the fishery,immigrant and plunder of corporations,and it reflects the comprehensive,ruthless and malignant of aggression of Japanese against China.
