圈养斑嘴环企鹅种群生存力分析

摘  要:
根据上海动物园斑嘴环企鹅(Spheniscus demersus)种群的谱系及相关数据,编制生命表,基于VERTEX10.2.5对该种群未来100年的动态进行模拟,进而为种群发展提出管理建议。结果显示在理想条件下,无近交、无灾害、无密度制约,种群呈持续增长状态,灭绝概率为0,种群数量将达到138只。而在实际情况下进行模拟,则不容乐观。种群衰退,100年后灭绝概率为95.8%,因此针对该种群现状有针对性地提出保护管理措施刻不容缓。

摘  要:
We prepared a life table for the African penguin( Spheniscus demersus) population in Shanghai Zoo based on the pedigree and related data. We simulated the population dynamics in the coming 100 years using VERTEX10. 2. 5. The results showed that under ideal conditions,which means without inbreeding, disaster, or density restriction, the population would grow continuously. The probability of extinction was 0, and the population number would reach up to 138 birds. Under the assumption of population recession, the simulation was not optimistic, predicting a probability of extinction of 95. 8 percent after 100 years. So it is urgent to take measures to protect the population.
