山西省有着发展有机食品的良好自然条件和社会基础,山西农业历史悠久,很多优良的、传统的农业技术就是发展有机农业生产的优良技术,也可以说山西具有发展有机农产品的优越生产能力。目前,山西省的有机农产品尚处于发展起步阶段,生产发展潜力大,商机无限。但需要在规模生产上下功夫,因为规模经济永远是利润的前提,是有机产品发展的重中之重。

摘  要：
Shanxi Province has good natural conditions and social base for the development of organic food, has a long agriculture history, many excellent and traditional agricultural techniques are excellent techniques for the development of organic agricultural production, also can say shanxi has superior production capacity in the development of organic agricultural products. At present, the organic agricultural products in Shanxi Province are still in the initial stage of development. But we need to work on scale production, because scale economy is always the premise of profit, and it is the top priority of organic product development.
