摘 要:
用分光光度法研究了云南文山州丘北辣椒主栽品种ZSZ75-1、ZSZ49-1-1、12WS-18-1、12ZH01和ZS130叶片在大田增补UVB辐射下主要UV-B吸收和渗透调节物质(总类黄酮、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、总花色苷和可溶性蛋白质)的含量,并用隶属函数法评价了各品种叶片的综合UV-B吸收和渗透调节能力。结果表明,在增补UV-B辐射下,5个辣椒品种叶片总类黄酮和总花色苷含量均为ZSZ75-1>ZSZ49-1-1>12WS-18-1>ZS130>12ZH01,可溶性糖含量为12ZH01>ZSZ75-1>ZSZ49-1-1>ZS130>12WS-18-1,游离脯氨酸含量为12WS-18-1>ZS130>12ZH01>ZSZ75-1>ZSZ49-1-1,可溶性蛋白质含量为12ZH01>12WS-18-1>ZSZ49-1-1>ZSZ75-1>ZS130,综合UV-B吸收能力为ZSZ75-1>ZSZ49-1-1>12WS-18-1>12ZH01>ZS130,综合渗透调节能力为ZSZ75-1>12ZH01>ZSZ49-1-1>12WS-18-1>ZS130;此外,5个品种叶片总花色苷含量间的差异达到极显著水平,总类黄酮含量间的差异达到显著水平,而可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量间的差异均未达到显著水平,且不同品种叶片UV-B吸收和渗透调节物质含量间的相关程度不一致。因此,在增补UV-B辐射下,文山州丘北辣椒品种器官的紫化程度与其叶片的综合UV-B吸收能力成正相关,但与叶片的综合渗透调节能力无明显关联性。本研究可为文山州丘北辣椒品种耐强UV-B能力的评价和耐UV-B新品种的选育提供参考。

摘 要:
The contents of the main UV-B-absorbing and osmoregulation compounds(i.e. total flavonoids,soluble sugars,free proline,total anthocyanins and soluble proteins) of the leaves of the main Qiubei Chilli cultivars cultivated in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan Province,i.e.,ZSZ75-1、ZSZ49-1-1、12 WS-18-1、12 ZH01 and ZS130,under the supplemental UV-B radiation in fields were studied by using spectrophotometry,and the total UV-B-absorbing and osmoregulation capacity of the leaves was assessed by using subordinate functions. The results indicated that under the supplemental UV-B radiation,the total flavonoid and total anthocyanin contents of the leaves of the five cultivars were all as ZSZ75-1 >ZSZ49-1-1>12 WS-18-1 >ZS130 >12 ZH01,the soluble sugar contents as 12 ZH01 >ZSZ75-1 >ZSZ49-1-1 >ZS130 >12 WS-18-1,the free proline contents as12 WS-18-1>ZS130>12 ZH01>ZSZ75-1>ZSZ49-1-1,the soluble protein contents as 12 ZH01>12 WS-18-1>ZSZ49-1-1>ZSZ75-1>ZS130,and the total UV-B-absorbing capacity was as ZSZ75-1 >ZSZ49-1-1 >12 WS-18-1 >12 ZH01 >ZS130 and the total osmoregulation capacity as ZSZ75-1 >12 ZH01>ZSZ49-1-1>12 WS-18-1>ZS130. Furthermore,the difference among the total anthocyanin contents of the leaves of the five cultivars reached the extremely significant level,and that among the total flavonoid contents reached the significant level,whereas the differences among the contents of the soluble sugars,free proline and soluble proteins did not reach the significant levels. Additionally,the correlation degrees among the contents of the UV-B-absorbing and osmoregulation compounds of the leaves were inconsistent. Thus,under the supplemental UV-B radiation,the purpling degrees of the organs of the Qiubei Chilli cultivars cultivated in Wenshan Prefecture are positively correlated with the total UV-B-absorbing capacity of the leaves of the cultivars,but are not obviously correlated with the total osmoregulation capacity of the leaves. This study could provide a reference for the evaluation of the strong UV-B-resisting ability and the selection of the new UV-B resistant cultivars of the Qiubei Chilli cultivars cultivated in Wenshan Prefecture.
