As a new kind of healthy vegetable, the introduction of Mesembr yanthemum crystallinum is good in Zhejiang Huzhou, and is very popular with consumers. This paper introduced the nutritional and biological characteristics of Mesembr yanthemum crystallinum, summed up key cultivation techniques in the north of Zhejiang Province under the climatic conditions of Mesembr yanthemum crystallinum seed breeding, seed breeding, transplanting and planting, field management, pest control, harvest and reserve seed for planting.
