摘 要:
[目的]建立杀菌剂霉灵质量分数高效液相色谱分析方法.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,使用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05 mo L/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(体积比20∶80)为流动相,以二极管阵列检测器在212 nm处对霉灵进行定量分析.[结果]该方法的线性相关系数为1.0000,标准偏差为0.0927,变异系数为0.3034%,平均回收率为100.19%.[结论]该方法简便、结果准确、重现性好,可作为市场监管和生产企业质量控制的参考.

摘 要:
[Aims] A method for determination of hymexazol 30% AS by HPLC was developed. [Methods] Hymexazol 30% AS was determined by HPLC using the mixture solution of methnol and 0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (20:80, by vol) with Diamonsil Ct~ column and DAD detector at 212 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 1.0000, the standard deviations was 0.0927, the coefficient of variation was 0.3034%, and the average recovery was 100.19%. [Conclusions] This method is simple, accurate, and the reproducibility of results is good. It can be used as a reference for market supervision and quality control of production enterprises.
