摘  要：
烟草行业积极投身扶贫攻坚,主动发挥行业横跨农工商的体制优势,大力支持老少边穷地区烟草产业持续健康发展,不断增强广大烟农脱贫致富内生动力。本文从农村贫困化的主导因素出发,系统总结中国烟草产业扶贫经验、深入剖析面临的压力挑战,并提出了科学推进产业扶贫的对策建议。

摘  要：
China tobacco industry takes an active role in poverty alleviation and give full play to the institutional advantages across agriculture, industry and commerce. Through continuoued support to the healthy development of tobacco industry in poverty stricken areas, the endogenous power of the vast number of tobacco farmers for poverty alleviation can be enhanced. By analysing the leading factors of rural poverty, this paper summarizes experience of China tobacco industry in poverty alleviation as well as pressure and challenges it faces, and puts forward suggestions for scientific advancement of poverty alleviation.
