空气能热泵在木制品检疫热处理中的应用及节能分析

摘  要:
限于当前节能减排压力,空气能热泵作为一种木制品检疫热处理新技术,与电热设备、燃料锅炉、燃气锅炉处理进行对比。结果表明,4种供热方式均可有效实施检疫热处理,4种供热方式处理单位木质包装的成本高低顺序为电热设备、燃气锅炉、燃料锅炉、空气能热泵;4种供热方式处理单位木质包装的能耗高低顺序为燃料锅炉、电热设备、燃气锅炉、空气能热泵。空气能热泵运行费用最低、能耗最小、最为经济,相比电热设备节能达72.9%,能有效节约成本,减少污染物排放,具有良好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。

摘  要:
Limited to the current pressure of energy saving and emission reduction,air energy heat pump,a new technology for quarantine heat treatment of wood products,was compared with electric heating equipment,fuel boiler and gas boiler in this paper. The results show that the four heating methods all can effectively carry out the quarantine heat treatment successively. Cost analysis shows that the order of the cost from high to low of four heating methods processing per unit wood products are:electric heating equipment,gas boiler,fuel boiler,air energy heat pump. Energy consumption analysis shows that the order of four heating methods processing per unit wood products are:fuel boilers,electric heating equipment,gas boiler,air energy heat pump. The conclusion is that the air energy heat pump has the lowest cost,the minimum energy consumption and the most economical efficiency. Furthermore,air energy heat pump can save 72.9% energy,compared with other electric heating equipments. This can effectively save operation expense and reduce pollution emission,which has very good economic,social and environmental benefit.
