小麦-长穗偃麦草渗入系HMW-GS组成及等位变异分析

摘  要:
长穗偃麦草(Agropyron elongatum)是小麦品质遗传改良的重要基因资源。为明确98份具有优异抗病性的小麦-长穗偃麦草渗入系中的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)类型,利用SDS-PAGE法对其进行了调查。结果表明,共有13种等位基因变异,其中,Glu-A1位点上有1,2*和N型,N型亚基出现频率最高,为57.14%;Glu-B1位点上发现了6种等位变异,优质亚基14+15,7+8,13+16和17+18出现频率达到45.92%;Glu-D1位点上发现4种等位变异,出现频率最高的为2+12型,优质亚基5+10型达到20.41%。在22种亚基组合中,N,9+7,2+12组合出现的频率最高,为28.57%。品质为8~10分的材料有31份,频率达到31.5%。由此可见,在小麦-长穗偃麦草渗入系中存在丰富的高分子量谷蛋白亚基变异和优质组合,这为选育优质抗病的小麦品种提供了种质资源与依据。

摘  要:
Agropyron elongatum is an important resource for wheat genetic improvement. In order to clarify the types of high molecular weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS)in 98 wheat-Agropyron elongatum introgression lines with excellent disease resistance,the method of SDS-PAGE was used. The results showed that there were 13 allelic variations among which there were 1, 2 * and N types at Glu-A1 locus and the highest frequency of N-type subunit was 57.14%. Six alleles were found at Glu-B1 locus and the frequencies of14+15, 7+8, 13+16 and 17+18 with high quality subunits were 45.92%. Four alleles were found at Glu-D1 locus with the highest frequency of 2+12 and high quality subunit 5 + 10 type reached 20.41%. Among the 22 subunit combinations, the combination of N,9+7 and 2+12 had the highest frequency of 28.57%. There were 31 materials with a quality of 8-10 points and a frequency of 31.5%.Therefore, abundant high molecular weight glutenin subunit variation and high-quality combinations exist in these wheat-Agropyron elongatum introgression lines, which can provide the resources and basis for breeding high-quality and disease-resistant wheat varieties.
