MESO-四(4-氯苯基)卟啉测定小麦面粉中痕量铅的研究

摘  要:
建立了一种测定小麦面粉中痕量铅的新方法,研究了在TWEEN-80存在下,铅与非水溶性试剂MESO-四(4-氯苯基)卟啉的显色反应条件,提出了一个高灵敏度测定铅的分光光度法.络合物的最大吸收波长为466NM,组成摩尔比为1:1,铅含量在0~6MG/10ML范围内有较好的线性关系,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.74*105L.MOL-1.CM-1,并将其应用于面粉中痕量铅的测定,结果令人满意.

摘  要:
A new determination method of trace lead in wheat was established.It described a chromogenic reaction of Pb(Ⅱ) with T(4-ClP)P in the presence of Tween-80.A highly sensitive and selective method for the determination of Pb(Ⅱ) was developed.The soret band of the complex lies at 466nm.Beer's law was obeyed for lead in the range of 0~6mg/10mL.The molar ratio of complex is 1∶1,apparent molar absorptivity was 1.74* 105L·mol-1 ·cm-1.This method was applied to determine lead in wheat sample with satisfactory results.
