珠颈斑鸠腺胃复管腺显微结构与组织化学研究

摘  要:
为了解珠颈斑鸠腺胃结构及相关细胞的形态特点与分布规律,通过普通光镜技术和3种组织化学的方法阐明了腺胃复管腺的显微组织结构,并对黏液细胞、肥大细胞和嗜银细胞进行了鉴定和统计分析。PAS反应结果显示,腺胃复管腺腺细胞呈PAS阴性,但窦上皮细胞呈PAS阳性,胞质紫红色;甲苯胺蓝染色结果表明,肥大细胞呈卵圆形,呈暗紫红色,多位于腺体之间或腺细胞底部的结缔组织内,血管周围分布较多;Grimelius银染表明,嗜银细胞呈纺锤形或长梭行,被染成棕黑色,多位于腺细胞底部的结缔组织内。

摘  要:
The light microscopy and three histochemical methods were employed for investigating morphological characteristics of the compound tubular glands and identifying mucous cells, mast cells and argyrophil cells in the glandular stomach of the spotted dove(Streptopelia chinensis). PAS(periodic acid schiff's) reaction showed that the compound tubular gland cells in the glandular stomach were PAS negative, but sinus epithelial cells were PAS positive, and their cytoplasms were purple. Toluidine blue staining showed that mast cells were oval, dark purple, and between the glands or in the connective tissue located at the bottom of glandular cells, particularly in the interstitium around blood vessels. Grimelius silver staining showed that argyrophil cells were spindle-shaped and fusiform, brown black, located in the connective tissue at the bottom of glandular cells.
