胃切开术对中华田园犬肝肾功能的影响

摘  要：
目的:通过研究胃切开术时中华田园犬血清谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性、尿素、肌酐、尿酸含量的变化,评价胃切开术对犬肝、肾功能的影响,为有效实施术后护理奠定基础。方法:选择体重、年龄相近的中华田园犬6只(♂3,♀3),从实施胃切开术开始计时,分别在0、0.5、1、2、4、12h颈静脉采非抗凝血2mL,4℃静置12h,3 000r/min离心10min,取上清液,测定血清中谷草转氨酶、γ-谷氨酰转移酶的活性,以及尿素、肌酐、尿酸的含量。结果:与0h相比,12h血清中的谷草转氨酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),0.5、1、2、4h血清中谷草转氨酶的活性无显著变化(P>0.05)。0.5、1、2、4、12h各时间点血清中谷草转氨酶的活性无显著变化(P>0.05)。各时间点血清中γ-谷氨酰转移酶活性、尿素、肌酐、尿酸含量均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:胃切开术对中华田园犬血清中的谷草转氨酶的活性有一定影响,而对γ-谷氨酰转移酶的活性,以及尿素、肌酐、尿酸的含量无显著影响,手术过程中应当密切关注手术应激对肝功能的影响。

摘  要：
Objective:To investigate the effect of gastrectomy on activities of aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyl transferase and contents of serum urea,creatinine,uric acid in Chinese countryside dog and provide preoperative assessment for postoperative gastrectomy in dogs with liver and kidney insufficiency and lay the foundation for postoperative care.Methods:Six countryside dogs(♂ 3,♀ 3)with similarweight and age were selected and blood was sampled from the jugular vein at 0,0.5,1,2,4,12 hafter the staring of operation.Samples was stood at 4℃for 12 hand then 3 000 r/min centrifuged for10 min.Serum was collected and aspartate aminotransferase,γ-glutamyl transferase activity Urea,creatinine,uric acid content.Results:Compared with 0 h,the activity of aspartate aminotransferase in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05),There was no significant change in the activity ofγ-glutamyltransferase,urea,creatinine and uric acid in serum(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gastrointestinal incision has an effect on the activity of aspartate aminotransferase in serum of hybrid dogs Gastric incision surgery process we should pay close attention to changes in indicators,But had no significant effect on the activity ofγ-glutamyltransferase and the contents of urea,creatinine and uric acid.
