~(60)Co辐照对柴葛退热散主要有效成分含量及灭菌效果的影响

摘  要:
目的:探讨~(60)Co辐照对柴葛退热散主要有效成分含量及灭菌效果影响。方法:采用~(60)Co辐照技术对柴葛退热散进行灭菌处理,比较不同剂量~(60)Co辐照(1kGy、2kGy、3kGy)前后有效成分葛根素、甘草苷和黄芩苷含量及灭菌效果需氧菌总数和霉菌、酵母菌总数的变化。结果:不同剂量60 Co辐照前后葛根素和黄芩苷的含量波动均小于2%(P>0.05),甘草苷的含量波动小于5%(P>0.05);随着辐照剂量的增加,微生物总量逐渐降低(P<0.05),当辐照剂量为3kGy时,霉菌和酵母菌均未检出,需氧菌总数为辐照前的1%以内。结论:不同剂量的~(60)Co辐照不影响柴葛退热散中葛根素、甘草苷和黄芩苷成分的含量,并能在3kGy时达到良好的灭菌效果,~(60)Co辐照适用于柴葛退热散灭菌。

摘  要:
Objective:To investigate the content of main active ingredients and sterilization effect of Chaige Antipyretic Powder radiated by ~(60)Co.Methods:Using ~(60)Co irradiation on Chaige Antipyretic Powder wan sterilized.the changes of the contents of puerarin,liquiritin and baicalin,the total number of aerobic bacteria and the total number of yeast and mold were compared before and after the irradiation of different doses of ~(60)Co(1 kGy,2 kGy,3 kGy).Results:The content fluctuation of puerarin and baicalin was less than 2% before or after irradiated by different doses of ~(60)Co(P>0.05),The content fluctuation of liquiritin is less than 5%(P>0.05);The total amount of microorganism decreased with the increase of irradiation dose(P<0.05);When the irradiation dose is 3 kGy,both yeast and mold are not detected,and the total number of aerobic bacteria is only less than 1% before irradiation.Conclusion:Different doses of ~(60)Co irradiation did not affect the content of puerarin、liquiritin and Baicalin in Chaige antipyretic powder.At the same time,agood sterilization effect can be achieved when the dose of ~(60)Co irradiation is3 kGy.Therefore,~(60)Co irradiation is suitable for Chaige antipyretic powder sterilization.
