摘  要：
近年来,房地产企业发展迅猛,规模不断扩大,经营风险水平提高,急需加强内部控制建设,并对内部控制的健全有效性进行评价。通过分析房地产行业的内部环境、风险评估、控制活动、信息与沟通、内部监督等要素,建立了房地产行业所特有的内部控制评价指标体系。

摘  要：
In recent years,the real estate enterprises develop rapidly with their scale unceasingly expanding and management risk levels increasing.The enterprises need to strengthen the internal control badly and improve the effective evaluation to that.In this paper,we analyse many factors in the real estate industry,such as internal environment,risk assessment,control activities,information and communication,internal supervision,etc.Through this,the special evaluation index system of internal control in real estate industry can be established.
