青葙甲醇提取物对苦参碱防治螺旋粉虱的增效作用

摘  要:
选用药膜法研究加入青葙甲醇提取物后,对苦参碱防治螺旋粉虱的增效作用。研究结果表明,在加入终浓度为5000mg/L青葙提取物后,苦参碱对螺旋粉虱成虫的毒力得到了显著提升,其中0.50mg/L、0.25mg/L、0.125mg/L的苦参碱校正死亡率分别从89.15%、74.67%和52.97%提高到100%、100%和96.54%。田间试验结果表明,在苦参碱使用浓度从0.25mg/L降低至0.125mg/L后,加入终浓度5000mg/L的青葙甲醇提取物,处理后5d的平均虫口减退率从77.80%提高到90.44%。

摘  要:
The synergismeffects of Celosia argentea L. extract on matrine against Aleurodicus disperses Russell use dry film bioassay. The results indicated that after added with C. argentea extract at the final concentration of 5000 mg/L, the toxicity level ofmatrine on A. disperses was improved, the correct mortality of matrine at concentration of 0.50 mg/L,0.25 mg/L and 0.125 mg/L was improved from 89.15%,74.67% and 52.97% to 100%,100% and 96.54%,respectively. The filed trail result showed that after mixed with C. argentea extract at the final concentration of 5000 mg/L, even decreased the concentration of matrine from 0.25 mg/L to 0.125 mg/L, the decrease ratio of pest number was increased from 77.80% at matrine used alone with concentration of 0.25 mg/L to 90.44% at matrine with concentration of 0.25 mg/L mixed with C. argentea extract after treated 5 days.
