高压均质法制备纳米黑磷研究

摘  要:
采用自主研发的高压均质法制备纳米黑磷,研究影响黑磷剥离效果的因素。采用扫描电子显微镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱仪对制得的纳米黑磷进行了结构形貌表征。研究结果表明:高压均质机不仅可以实现纳米黑磷的连续化制备,而且得到的纳米黑磷的尺寸小,质量高,产率高,均质60次时得到的纳米黑磷片层较薄,结晶度完好。该方法简单,可连续化操作,具有很好的工业化应用前景。

摘  要:
The nano-black phosphorus is prepared by the independent-developed high pressure homogenization.The factors affecting the effect of black phosphorus stripping are studied. The microstructure and morphologiesof nano-black phosphorus are characterized by SEM,TEM,XRD and Raman. The results show that the high-pressure homogenizer can not only achieve the continuous preparation of nano-black phosphorus,but also theobtained nano-black phosphorus has the advantages of small size,high quality and high yield. When thehomogenization gets to 60 times,the obtained nano-black phosphor layer is thin and the crystallinity is intact.The method is simple and continuous so that it has good prospects in industrial application.
