摘  要:
针对100 kt/a塔式风冷复合肥装置存在的产品颗粒不规整,破损、空壳较多,成品夏季包装温度较高,结块严重等问题,从原料计量皮带、斗提机系统、塔底收料方式、筛分系统、冷却系统等方面对装置进行技改优化。技改后,复合肥产品颗粒圆润,产品包装温度下降约10℃,产量由9 t/h提高至12 t/h,同时生产环境有较大改善。

摘  要:
In order to solve the problems existing in 100 kt/a compound fertilizer production by tower air coolingprocess such as irregularity,dilapidation and shell of product,as well as the product caking caused by highpackaging temperature in summer, the technical transformation is implemented from belt weigher, bucketelevator, material receiving method in tower bottom, screening system and cooling system. Aftertransformation,the product particle is mellow and full,the packing temperature is decreased by 10 ℃,theproduct yield is increased from 9 t/h to 12 t/h,meanwhile the environment is improved significantly.
