摘 要：
在对陕西关中地区农资门店进行实地调研的基础上,运用SWOT模型全面总结分析了农资门店经营管理现状。针对存在的问题,提出陕西关中地区农资门店应该从提升经营理念、规范门店管理、提高服务质量、创新经营手段等方面加以改进,以推动农资门店健康营运、良性发展。

摘 要：
On basis of field investigation on agricultural material stores in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province,SWOT model was used to analyze and summarize the current situation on operation and management of agricultural materials stores. According to the existing problems,it was put forward the agricultural stores in Shaanxi should be improved from aspects of enhancing the business concept,standardizing store management,improving service quality,innovating management means,and promote a healthy operation and sound development of agricultural material stores.
