摘 要：
Blended learning classroom is an advanced new teaching method that combines the advantages of traditional classroom and digital mobile learning classroom. However,it is a topic which has always been discussed by the academic community that how to choose the entry point,integrate the two mentioned above and have the certain practical guidance.Explore several important issues in the development of blended classroom,analyze the key factors and requirements for the development and application of blended classroom,and design a blended classroom program that takes the course Political Economics as an example in order to provide teachers with a teaching model reference for students to learn more in depth and effectively.
