2种基质对平菇胞外酶活性、产量及品质的影响

摘  要:
以棉籽壳、玉米芯2种基质发酵料栽培平菇(对应的C/N分别为34∶1和45∶1),测定不同生长阶段平菇胞外羧甲基纤维素酶(CMC)、木聚糖酶、中性蛋白酶、漆酶的活性,分析2种基质对平菇酶活性、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,不同基质配方不影响平菇胞外酶活性的变化趋势,影响酶活性的高低;棉籽壳配方的平菇CMC、漆酶、中性蛋白酶活性均高于玉米芯配方,中性蛋白酶活性最大值是玉米芯配方的5.7倍。品质分析结果表明:棉籽壳配方平菇氨基酸总量为152.2 mg/g,高于玉米芯配方4.7 mg/g,灰分含量(59.0 mg/g)低于玉米芯配方19.0 mg/g,粗蛋白含量(204.0mg/g)、粗脂肪含量(30.0 mg/g)、粗纤维含量(77.9 mg/g)与玉米芯配方差异不显著。棉籽壳配方两茬鲜菇产量、生物学效率分别为878.0 g/袋、58.5%,较玉米芯配方分别高250.5 g/袋、16.7个百分点。

摘  要:
Pleurotus ostreatus was cultivated with cotton seed hulls and corn cob with the corresponding C/N of 34∶ 1 and 45∶ 1. The activities of CMC enzyme,xylanase,protease,and laccase at different stages were measured,and the effect on production and biological efficiency was analyzed. The results showed that two kinds of substrates didn't affect the variation trend of extracellular enzyme activity,but affected its level. The activities of CMC enzyme,laccase,and xylanase of cotton seed hull were higher than that of corn cob,and neutral protease activity was 5. 7 times higher than that of corn cob. The total number of amino acids of cotton seed hulls matrix was 152. 2 mg/g,4. 7 mg/g more than that of corn cob,and ash content was 59. 0 mg/g,19. 0 mg/g less than that of corn cob. There was no significant difference between cotton seed hull and corn cob in crude protein( 204. 0 mg/g),crude fat( 30. 0 mg/g),and crude fiber( 77. 9 mg/g). The yield and biological efficiency of Pleurotus ostreatus cultivated on cotton seed hull were878. 0 g/bag and 58. 5% respectively,250. 5 g/bag and 16. 7 percentage points higher than that of corn cob.
