天牛嗅觉感受相关蛋白研究进展

摘  要:
天牛是鞘翅目中危害经济林木和园林绿化树木的一类钻蛀性害虫,常造成严重的生态破坏和经济损失。经过长期进化,天牛形成了与寄主定位、取食、交配和产卵等行为相关的复杂嗅觉系统。昆虫对外界化学物质的感知有多种蛋白质参与,其中气味结合蛋白(Odorant binding proteins,OBPs)、化学感受蛋白(Chemosensory proteins,CSPs)和气味受体(Odorant receptors,ORs)为感知过程的重要参与者,对昆虫行为学研究具有重要意义。从以上3种嗅觉相关蛋白基因的克隆、组织表达特征和功能研究等方面综述天牛嗅觉相关蛋白的研究进展,为天牛嗅觉蛋白参与化学物质感知过程研究提供参考。

摘  要:
Longhorn beetle is a type of the most important insect pests damaging economic trees and landscaping trees in Coleoptera,often causing serious ecological damage and economic losses. After a long period of evolution,the beetles form a complex olfactory system associated with host positioning,feeding,mating and oviposition. A variety of proteins are involved in the insects 'perception of chemical substances in the outside world,including odorant binding proteins( OBPs),chemosensory proteins( CSPs)and odorant receptors( ORs),which are important participants in the process of perception and are of great significance for study on insect ethology. The research progress on olfactory related proteins of longhorn beetle was summarized from cloning of the three olfactory related genes,tissue expression characteristics and function research,to provide a reference for research on the chemical substance perception process with longhorn beetle olfactory proteins involved in.
