摘  要：
【目的】大鲵(Andrias davidianus)是世界上现存最大的也是最珍贵的两栖动物,属于CITES附录Ⅰ,中国Ⅱ级保护动物,受胁等级为极危(CR)的濒危野生动物.了解和掌握甘肃康县大鲵资源及生境状况.【方法】2016年6-8月,对甘肃康县大鲵自然保护区大鲵资源进行了调查.【结果】该保护区野生大鲵主要分布于燕子河、清河、太平河、铜钱河、秧田河、梅园河、柯家河和素河8条河流.较上世纪末,野生资源量有较大增加,目前约4 620尾;人工养殖大鲵主要分布于阳坝乡、铜钱乡、白杨乡、三河坝乡和两河乡,人工养殖大鲵规模较大,约23 300尾.【结论】康县野生大鲵主要栖息于石沙混合、河底不规则、人为干扰较轻的深水潭中,较20世纪未野生资源量有较大增加,人工养殖规模平稳增长.

摘  要：
【Objective】Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus)is a rare and the largest amphibian in the world.It has been listed in Appendix I of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora(CITES).It belonged to the national second-class protected animal and the critically endangered(CR)wildlife.The aim of this study was to understand well the resource and habitat condition of the Chinese giant salamander in Kang County,Gansu Province.【Method】The resource amount and distribution of the Chinese giant salamander in Kang County natural reserve in Gansu Province was investigated from June to August in 2016.【Result】The wild Chinese giant salamander mainly distributed in eight rivers such as Yanzi River,Qing River,Taiping River,Tongqian River,Yangtian River,Meiyuan River,Kejia River and Su River.Compared to the end of the last century,the amount of wild Chinese giant salamander has increased significantly(about 4 620 individuals).Chinese giant salamander by artificial breeding mainly distributed in Yangba Town,Tongqian Town,Baiyang Town,Sanheba Town and Lianghe Town,the number of artificial breeding is about 23.3 thousand in 2016.【Conclusion】The mainbabitats of wild giant salamander are usually in deep pool with sandy-stone and unregular river area.Compare to the end of 20 th century,the wild resources of giant salamander have show a greater increase,and the amount of artificial breeding also has shown a stable increase.
