交联淀粉包埋孜然精油微胶囊工艺优化

摘  要:
【目的】研究以交联淀粉为壁材,孜然精油为芯材的微胶囊包埋工艺.【方法】采用乳液交联法制备交联淀粉,以包埋率为指标,通过单因素试验和响应面设计优化微胶囊的制备工艺,并评价了孜然精油微胶囊的缓释性能.【结果】芯材与壁材比值3.2∶1,包埋温度52℃,包埋时间62min为交联淀粉包埋孜然精油的最佳工艺,此条件下包埋率可达97.21%,包埋得率为85.88%.【结论】交联淀粉可以作为孜然精油的包埋壁材并可有效提高其保质期.

摘  要:
【Objective】The microcapsule embedding process was studied in this experiment taking cross-linked starch as wall material and cumin oil as core material.【Method】Using emulsion crosslinking method to prepare crosslinked starch,the process of microcapsules was optimized by single factor test and response surface design with embedding ratio as indicator to evaluate the slow release performance of cumin oil microcapsules.【Result】When the ratio of core material to wall material was 3.2∶1,the embedding temperature was 52 ℃ and the embedding time was 62 min,the optimum embedding rate of coking oil was97.21%.and the embedding rate was 85.88%.【Conclusion】Crosslinked starch can be used as embedding wall material of cumin essential oil and effectively improve its shelf life.
