亚临界流体萃取龙虾壳虾红素的工艺

摘  要:
【目的】优化亚临界流体技术萃取龙虾壳虾红素的工艺.【方法】以亚临界流体丁烷为萃取溶剂,萃取液抗氧化能力为评价指标,选择料液比、萃取时间、温度和压力为考察因素,采用正交试验优化工艺条件,并对优化后虾红素含量进行HPLC检测.【结果】亚临界流体萃取虾壳虾红素的最佳工艺条件为:萃取时间50 min、料液比1∶3.0、萃取温度45℃、萃取压力0.6 MPa,在此条件下,虾壳萃取液的体外抗氧化能力(抑制率)和虾红素质量分数分别达到95.22%和24.05 mg/g.【结论】该研究结果将对充分利用龙虾壳废弃物资源和环境保护具有重要意义.

摘  要:
【Objective】The research was to optimize the extracting process of astacene by sub-critical fluid extraction(SFE)from lobster shell.【Method】The experiment was conducted with sub-critical butane as solvent,antioxidant capacity as evaluating index,choosing material solvent ratio,extraction time,temperature and pressure as factors to optimize the process by the orthogonal experiment and determine the astacene content by HPLC.【Result】The optimal SFE process was obtained as follows:extraction time50 min,material solvent ratio 1∶3.0,temperature 45 ℃ and pressure 0.6 MPa,under the extraction condition,the antioxidant capacity(inhabitation rate)of extract liquid and the astacene content from lobster shell reached 95.22%and 24.05 mg/g,respectively.【Conclusion】The study would provide useful information for making full use of waste resources of lobster shell and protecting the environment.
