摘  要:
文章以非承重墙3D快速成型技术及设备的现浇过程为研究对象,用计算机辅助工程CAE软件求解空心短杆的结构强度、刚度等力学性能,并经过数值模拟优化分析及疲劳分析之后,求解出空心短杆在满足压力条件下的最佳壁厚,实现了对其产品选材用料的精准把控,从而加快建筑行业高速发展。

摘  要:
In nonbearing wall 3 d rapid prototyping technology and equipment of cast-in-place process as the research object, using computer aided engineering CAE software to solve the hollow rod of structural strength, stiffness, such as mechanical properties, numerical simulation and optimization analysis and fatigue analysis, solution of the hollow rod under stress conditions the best thickness of precision to the material selection of materials for their products, control, so as to speed up the construction industry high-speed development.
