7种北美橡树的光合生理特性分析

摘  要:
为了解7种北美橡树的光合差异,选择3年生北美橡树幼林为研究对象,运用Li-6400P光合作用测定仪测定幼树叶片的光响应曲线和光合日变化。结果表明:7种北美橡树的光合特性存在较大差异。柳栎、娜塔栎、舒玛栎、沼生栎、南方红栎的净光合速率日变化呈单峰型,不存在明显"午休"现象,而猩红栎和无柄栎的叶片净光合速率呈双峰型,存在光合"午休"现象,不同北美橡树净光合速率日均值从大到小依次为柳栎、娜塔栎、沼生栎、舒玛栎、无柄栎、南方红栎、猩红栎。通过相关性系数分析,发现柳栎、娜塔栎的净光合速率(Pn)均与光合有效辐射(PAR)呈显著正相关。在模拟光辐射条件下,7种北美橡树的光补偿点在8~40μmol·m-2s-1范围内,光饱和点在310~710μmol·m-2s-1之间。柳栎、娜塔栎通过引种栽培产生了光照适应性,人工种植时应选择光照充足的地块,合理密植以促进幼树生长。

摘  要:
For understanding the photosynthetic of seven north American oak, the paper uses the Li-6400 P photosynthetic apparatus to determine the light response curves and diurnal variation of triennial oaks' sapling leaves.The result shows the photosynthetic properties of seven north American oaks were significantly different.The diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate of Quercus coccinea and Quercus imbricaria was a bimodal curve,and obvious"noon break"phenomenon was presented,but others were unimodal curves.The average daily average of the net photosynthetic rate from large to small of oaks are Quercus phellos, Quercus nuttallii, Quercus michauxii, Quercus shumardii, Quercus imbricaria, Quercus falcate and Quercus coccinea in North America.There is a positive correlation between photosynthetic rate(Pn) and photosynthetically active radiation(PAR) for Quercus phellos and Quercus nuttalliiduring the photosynthetic characteristics and impact factors analysis. Undering the radiation conditions, the light compensation point(LCP) of seven north American oaks is between 8 and 40 μmol·m-2 s-1, and the light saturation point(LSP) is between 310 and 710 μmol·m-2 s-1. The conclusion shows: Quercus phellos and Quercus nuttallii can grow through the illumination adaptability,famer should choose enough light land to plant tree species,reasonable density can promote the growth of young trees.
