摘  要:
In the preservation technology of fresh-cut broccoli,the key is to maintain the quality of fruits and vegetables and extend the shelf life.In this paper,the preservation points of fresh-cut broccoli in Chinese market were discussed from three aspects,including field management and harvesting technology,four treatment methods and packaging materials,which could provide an effective way to ensure the quality of broccoli.
