摘 要：
[Objective]To study the hypoglycemic effect of n-butanol part of tianschanica.[Method]Sorbus tianshanica was extracted with flux method,through gradient elution,n-butanol part was obtained.The diabetic rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ,the rat blood glucose levels was detected.[Result]n-butanol part could lower blood glucose level in STZ induced hyperglycaemic rats.[Conclusion] Sorbus tianschanica has significant hypoglycemic effect.
