摘 要：
采用座谈和内部评估的方式比较广东省典型的油茶种植及加工企业的管理体系与中国森林认证标准的差距,了解企业进行森林认证的动机,分析非木质林产品经营认证在广东省的发展前景。结果表明,企业经营均符合可持续发展理念;企业的管理体系文件不完整,过程证明材料部分缺失;企业经营者对中国森林认证工作的前景持乐观、积极的态度。要使非木质林产品—茶油经营认证在广东省健康有序发展,宜加大政府扶持力度、扩大宣传力度、推进市场准入机制、以及强化认证的监督检查。

摘 要：
By the way of the discussion and the internal evaluation, this paper compares the difference between the management system of the typical Camellia oleifera planting and processing companies in Guangdong province and the standard of the forest certification in China. It also understands the motives of companies for the forest certification and analyzes the prospects of the non-wood forest products management certification in Guangdong province. The results show that the company management conforms to the concept of sustainable development;the company's management system documents are incomplete, and the process certification materials are partially missing;the business operators hold a wait-and-see attitude to the forest certification in China, and are optimistic and positive about the future development. There are broad prospects of the non-wood forest products management certification(C. oleifera oil) in Guangdong province. At the same time, to ensure its healthy and orderly development in Guangdong province, it is necessary to increase government support, expand propaganda, promote market access mechanisms, and strengthen the supervision and inspection of certification.
