2个烟草品种体内毒性差异的比较

摘  要:
以2个不同基因型烟草品种(NDY-1和NDY-2)卷制的单料烟,分别持续烟熏SD大鼠56 d,检测其脾组织中活性氧自由基(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、蛋白质羰基(PC)的含量和DNA-蛋白质交联(DPC)系数以及病理变化。结果表明,与健康对照组(新鲜空气暴露)相比,随着暴露时间的延长,试验大鼠脾组织的ROS,MDA,PC和DPC水平均显著升高,脾组织呈现明显的病理变化;与NDY-1组相比,NDY-2组脾组织的氧化损伤、病理损伤较轻。说明NDY-2烟样较NDY-1烟样的体内毒性效应较小。

摘  要:
This study analyzed the toxicity effect of two genotypes tobacco to provide theoretical basis for the choice of high quality tobacco. The SD rats were exposed to different cigarette smoke(NDY-1 and NDY-2)for 56 d. The spleen tissue of each group was measured, including the contents of reactive oxygen species(ROS), malondialdehyde(MDA)and protein carbonyl(PC), the coefficient of DNA-protein crosslinks(DPC)and histopathological examination. The results showed that the levels of ROS, MDA, PC and DPC were significantly increased(P<0.05)in spleen of the experimental groups when compared with the control group. Histopathological examination showed that smoke exposure could induce pathological injury in spleen. Compared with the NDY-1 group, oxidative damage and pathological injury in NDY-2 group were significantly reduced. The results indicated that NDY-2 tobacco was relatively less toxicity than the NDY-1 tobacco.
