摘  要:
黑木耳和白木耳样品用浓硝酸和双氧水消解处理后,采用火焰原子吸收法测定其中锌、镁、铁和锰的含量。结果表明,样品中含有丰富的人体必需金属元素,如锌、镁、铁、锰等元素。方法回收率在89%~97%之间,检出限分别为0.001 6、0.001 2、0.004 7和0.006 5μg/mL。方法简单、准确,结果可靠。

摘  要:
After auricularia auricula and tremella fuciformis berk samples in the same habitat were digested by HNO3 and H2O2,contents Zinc,magnesium,iron and manganese in sample were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The result indicated that the sample had many elements which are beneficial to us.The recoveries of the method was 89%~97% and the detect limits for zinc,magnesium,iron and manganese were 0.001 6,0.001 2,0.004 7 and 0.006 5 μg/mL,respectively.This method was simple and accurate and the results was reliable.
