湿式消解法测定香菇中镉的含量

摘  要：
利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计,采用湿式消解法对香菇中镉的含量测定方法进行了研究。该方法的方法检出限为0.026mg/kg,实验室内变异系数CV%为4.90%~13.54%,加标回收率为79.33%~89.90%,标准曲线线性范围为0.01~1.0mg/L,回归方程Y=0.378 X+0.003,线性相关系数r2为0.9993。利用本方法和国标方法(GB/T5009.15-2003)分别对香菇样品中镉含量进行了测定,结果表明,2种方法的测定结果一致(P>0.05)。研究结果表明,该方法操作快速、简便、灵敏度高,能够满足检测需求。

摘  要：
The determination of cadmium in shiitake mushroom by Wet Digestion Method using flame atomic absorption was carried out in the paper.The least detection limit was 0.026mg/ kg,The variation and recovery of the method were 4.90%-13.54% and 79.33%-89.90%.The linear range,re-gression equation and correlation coefficient of the standard carve were 0.01-1.0mg/L,Y=0.378 X+0.003,and r2=0.9993.The concentrations of cadmium were determined by the study and the national standard.These results indicated that the was no significant difference between the two methods(P>0.05).It is concluded that this method is suitable for measuring cadmium in food to operate and has satisfactory accuracy.
