滇西北亚高山草甸土壤养分及酶活性对放牧和封育的响应

摘  要:
选取滇西北亚高山草甸典型放牧样地、4年生长季封育+非生长季放牧样地、4年全年封育样地以及20年生长季封育+季末割草样地为研究对象,开展放牧和封育对滇西北亚高山草甸土壤养分及酶活性的影响研究,结果表明:与自由放牧相比,封育后亚高山草甸土壤有机碳、速效N、速效P含量显著增加,土壤速效K含量显著降低,土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶活性基本呈增加的变化趋势,且以0~10cm土层变化最为显著。本项研究成果可为我国生态脆弱地区草原适宜性管理策略及草原合理利用的对策制定提供指导。

摘  要:
To discuss the effectiveness of fencing on the restoration of soil nutrients and soil biological activities,the free grazing plot(FG),4 years seasonal fencing plot(SF),4 years totally fencing plot(TF)and 20 years seasonal fencing and mowing plot(FM)of sub-alpine meadow in Northwest Yunnan were selected,and the effects of grazing and fencing on soil nutrients and enzyme activities were studied in this research,the results were as follows:Compared with free grazing,the soil organic carbon,available N and P increased and the available K decreased significantly,the soil enzyme activities basically presented an increase tendency,which increased most significantly in the 0~10 cm soil layer.The results of the study can provide guidance for the suitable management strategy and the rational utilization of grassland in China's ecological fragile areas.
