台湾金线莲组培工厂化育苗技术研究

摘  要:
笔者通过对台湾金线莲的组织培养生产和短周期栽培生产的研究,探索出适宜台湾金线莲产业化生产的技术要点,主要有:最适诱导培养基为改良MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+KT0.3mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+卡拉胶8g/L;最适增殖培养基为改良MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+KT0.5mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+卡拉胶8g/L;最适壮苗生根培养基为改良MS+IBA0.5mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖20g/L+卡拉胶8g/L;PH值均为5.8。最适移植基质为珍珠岩50%+泥炭土30%+河沙20%,同时做好水、肥、气、热等要素的管理,达到台湾金线莲的产业化生产。

摘  要:
The authors explored suitable technical points of industrial production by tissue culture and short-term cultivation of Aoectochilus formosanus.the most suitable induced medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+KT0.3 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L+sucrose30 g/L+ carrageenan8 g/L;the most suitable proliferation medium is MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L +sucrose30 g/L+ carrageenan8 g/L;the most suitable strong seedling and rooting medium is MS+IBA0.5 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L+ sucrose20 g/L+ carrageenan8 g/L;ph value 5.8;the most transplantation matrix is peat soil 50%+sand 20%,and management of water,fertilizer,air,heat for industrial production of Aoectochilus formosanus.
