摘  要：
The domestic operation of agriculture, as a type of operative and managerial forms, has not been determined by social system or the ownership of means of production, but by the characteristics of agricultural production and agricultural labour. It is well known that collective labour in concert does restrict the initiative of labourers. Tharefore, taking a household as a basic unit of agricultural production and management is more desirable for agricultural production and agricultural labour.According to this point of view, the farmers' domestic farms are really economic equities inside the state farms, which can wage domestic management, sign contracts, ture over the contacted profits, and assume sole responsibility for each of their profits or losses. The agriculturae production in the reclamation region of Heilongjiang province has not only such advantages as using "heavy" machinery and proceeding "large-scale" production, but also the disadvantages of "collective" labouring and "messing" together. So we have to avoid its inferiority and keep up its superiority while setting up domestic farms in this area. we believe that the initiation of domestic farms would be the breack of the overall reformation of the economic management systems of stage forms.
