摘 要：
用不同的处理方法对蕨麻球茎进行处理。1个月以后的观察结果表明,球形的蕨麻球茎成活率最高,且蕨麻的种块形状、溶液的浓度与浸泡时间互作、蕨麻块根与溶液浓度的互作均会影响蕨麻芽的个数。

摘 要：
Potentilla bulbs were treated by different methods.After one month,the spheroid potentilla bulbs had the highest rate of survival,and the number of buds was affected by the shape of potentilla bulbs,the interaction between solution concentration and soaking time,and the interaction between potentilla bulbs and solution concentration.
