城市土地利用变化及生态环境效应研究——以重庆市北碚区为例

摘  要：
基于遥感影像,采用监督分类法提取2000-2007年间的土地利用变化信息,并对产生的生态环境效应从水环境、大气环境和人居环境方面进行探讨.结果表明:①商住工业用地向新城区扩展,面积急剧膨胀,新增加的商住工业用地主要由未利用地和林地转化而来,林地通过新营造林和退耕还林得到恢复.②道路广场用地稳步增加.③农业用地急剧减少,林地和水域用地基本稳定.④未利用地可开发潜力巨大.

摘  要：
Beibei District is a typical natural landscape and ecological city and,therefore,the study of the land usage and the ecological environment has great referential value for the construction of an eco-city.Based on the remote sensing image and adopting the supervised classification method,this paper chooses the information of the changes of land usage from 2000 to 2007 and studies their effects on eco-environment from three perspectives,i.e.water environment of,atmospheric environment and Residential Environment.The results show that: the city construction land is expanding towards the new urban areas and its size is increasing sharply;the lately added construction land is mainly from the land that has not been utilized and green land,meanwhile the green land is resumed by forestation and the project from cropland to forest,that the area of road-and-square land is increasing steadily,that the area of agricultural land is decreasing sharply,while the usage of green land and water area little change and that the developing potentiality of the unutilized land is tremendous.
