锌离子对温室水培小白菜硝酸盐积累及品质的影响

摘  要:
以"速生一号"小白菜为试验材料,进行温室水培试验,施用硫酸锌测定不同锌离子Zn~(2+)浓度对小白菜生长、品质和硝酸盐含量的影响,以期为锌肥在植物工厂和温室水培小白菜中的实践应用提供参考依据。结果表明:相比于对照,当硫酸锌施用量为17.2 mg·L~(-1)时,小白菜生物量达到最大,其鲜质量、干质量和维生素C含量显著提高,分别为对照的2.09、2.14、6.41倍,硝酸盐含量降低42.39%,且施用硫酸锌也显著提高了可溶性糖和锌元素的含量。说明在一定条件下提高锌肥施用量可以明显促进小白菜的生长发育及对锌的吸收利用,改善小白菜的品质。

摘  要:
The hydroponics experiment was carried out with Chinese cabbage‘Susheng No.1'as a test crop,setting up six ZnSO4 concentration gradients.The biomass,chlorophyll,nitrate,soluble sugar,vitamin C content,and the absorption of zinc were tested in order to provide reference for cabbage production.The results showed when the content of ZnSO_4 was 17.2 mg·L~(-1),the biomass of cabbage reached the maximum,fresh,dry biomass,and vitamin C content were 2.09 times,2.14 times,and6.41 times as control,while the content of nitrate nitrogen decreased by 42.39% to control.The application of zinc fertilizer increased the content of chlorophyll and had effect on soluble sugar.At a certain condition,increasing the content of zinc significantly promoted the growth,the absorption of zinc,and improved nutritional quality of the Chinese cabbage.
