玉米秸秆炭化产物的性能及应用

摘  要:
以玉米秸秆为原料,在最终炭化温度为450℃、平均升温速度为150℃/h的条件下对其进行炭化,研究了炭化产物的成分和性质。结果表明,玉米秸秆炭的灰分和固定碳质量分数分别为13.23%和77.05%,比表面积为158m2/g,并富含作物生长必需的多种营养元素,其中氮、磷、钾质量分数较高,分别为9.24×10-3、4.38×10-3、2.90×10-2;玉米秸秆醋液是一种组分复杂的混合物,主要有机成分是酸类、酚类、酮类和醛类物质,质量分数分别为21.76%、19.62%、15.87%和14.24%。以玉米秸秆炭为材料,以蛭石、煤渣和鸭粪基质为对照(V(蛭石)∶V(煤渣)∶V(鸭粪)=1∶1∶1),研究了玉米秸秆炭、蛭石、煤渣、鸭粪不同配比的复合基质对番茄生长的影响。结果表明,番茄长势(尤其是前期)较好的基质配比为V(玉米秸秆炭)∶V(蛭石)∶V(煤渣)∶V(鸭粪)=6∶1∶1∶1,且在定植20d时,番茄株高、最大叶面积和茎粗指标分别提高了11.11%、57.21%、32.81%。

摘  要:
Corn straw was carbonized under the conditions of carbonization temperature 450 degrees C,heating rate 150 degrees C per hour in order to study the composition and properties of the carbonized product.Result showed that corn straw carbon with specific surface area of 158m2/g was rich in nutritional elements for plants,the contents of N,P,K were 9.24,4.38,29.00mg/g respectively.Corn straw vinegar was a complex mixture,and the contents of acids,phenols,ketones,aldehydes was 21.76%,19.62%,15.87%,and 14.24% respectively.The effect of organic substrates made up of corn straw carbon,vermiculite,slag and duck-manure on the growth of tomato was studied using the substrate of vermiculite,slag and duck-manure with a ratio of 1∶1∶1 as the control.Result showed that tomatoes grew better under the presence of corn straw carbon,vermiculite,slag and duck-manure with a ratio of 6∶1∶1∶1 especially in the prophase of growth.Tomato height,the largest leaf area and stem diameter increased by 11.11%,57.21%,32.81% respectively at 20 days after the tomatoes were planted.
